Seattle Spritz | Westland Cocktail

The Westland Spritz contrasts with the richer creamier notes in Westland Flagship and accentuates the fruity tropical notes, bringing the whiskey into a brighter zestier territory. Like Westland, this cocktail is not afraid to break barriers and push into new territory, here we take whiskey into the refreshing category of Spritzes. We are introducing whiskey to a different part of the day; with a distinctly playful feel the Westland Spritz is the energizing drink of a summer’s afternoon. A sociable serve, that can be enjoyed by all - from the Aperol Spritz drinkers to the die hard Old Fashioned fans.

Seattle Spritz

Ingredients
1 oz / 35ml Westland Flagship
¾ oz / 22.5ml Aperol
¼ oz / 7.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz / 7.5ml Sugar Syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves
3 oz / 90ml Club Soda

Method
Combine all ingredients in a glass and top with crushed ice. Churn through mint, chilling diluting and distributing mint through the glass. Slap mint sprigs gently and tuck in next to the straw.
