Solum Edition 3

Solum Edition 3 marks another step forward in our exploration Pacific Northwest terroir. Solum delves deeper into the previously undiscovered flavors of Northwest peat by way of spirit and wood. Edition 3 marks a specific time and place, utilizing refill Westland casks and new American oak for maturation. The resulting whiskey imparts a nuanced oak profile, complementing the signature herbal and menthol notes emblematic of Westland's previous Solum releases.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Vanilla custard, pralines, grilled pineapple, croissant.
Palate: Toasted sourdough, cedar, baked pear, candied ginger.
