Join us for our first ever Hand-Fill Social and help us choose what comes next!

    October 22nd, 4-7pm @ Westland Distillery

What's included: Each RSVP includes a welcome pour of Cask #7339 and a sample from each of the cask candidates to taste and help inform your votes. Your RSVP guarantees your spot with a $30 tasting fee collected at the door.

We've pulled together a special selection of casks, each one a potential candidate for a future Handfill release. We think these whiskies have something special, but we'd like your help narrowing the field.

Taste together. Compare notes. Share what you're finding in each whiskey. Then cast 2 votes to help shape next year's Handfill lineup.

Featured release: The evening also marks the release of our next Handfill, Cask #7339, peated malt aged in a Chardonnay cask! Be the first to purchase, with a one-night-only $15 off as our thank-you for casting your votes.

Spots are limited, so RSVPs are encouraged.

    Fill Your Own Bottle

A favorite distillery-exclusive experience: the Hand-Filled whiskey station. We offer a rotating cask selection from which visitors can fill their own bottle of whiskey and write the label to take home. Once the barrel runs out, we replace it with another unique one, truly representing the place and time from which it came.
