Our partnership with Black Raven Brewing returns for a third edition, a rare cask exchange between two Pacific Northwest craft traditions, distilled into Cask No.8690.

Cask No. 8690 previously held Black Raven’s exceptional saison. A beer defined by its bright, funky complexity. When that cask crosses over to whiskey, the wood carries the memory of what it held before, and the spirit takes on a character neither craft could produce alone.
