    Over the years, Westland has exchanged whiskey casks with some of our favorite regional breweries, building relationships rooted in camaraderie and shared craft. Those collaborations have left us with a small but unexpected collection of distinctive releases.

    Our latest Cask Exchange release draws from one of the most expressive: an Amaretto Cask that previously held Sons of Vancouver’s No. 82 Amaretto.

    Nose: Brownie batter, toasted oats, brown butter, salmon berry.
    Palate: Black pepper, cooked cherry, French vanilla ice cream, faint citrus.
