Cask Exchange: Black Raven

Our partnership with Black Raven Brewing returns for a second edition—this time, with a saison that carries echoes of cherry-lambic fermentation and delivers a vibrant, fruit-forward twist.

This release features a finishing cask that once held Black Raven’s farmhouse saison. On the nose, it opens with citrus peel, cherry cola, raspberry sorbet, and a touch of rich fudge. The palate follows with bold layers of pomegranate, blackberry reduction, chocolate frosting, and a lingering note of tart cherry.

It’s a whiskey shaped by layers—of beer, barrel, and intention. A continuation of the Cask Exchange journey, and a bold expression of what’s possible when craft moves across disciplines.
