LIBRARY SERIES: SHERRY CASKS

  • Westland Distillery 2931 1st Avenue South Seattle, WA, 98134 United States (map)

The August iteration of Westland’s Library Tasting Series showcases Sherry cask maturation. We’ll discuss the history and influence of Sherry casks in the whiskey industry, the difference between Sherry casks finishes and full term maturation. Ticket admission includes a whiskey tasting from the Westland Archives alongside small-bite food pairings.
