Join us for an evening of conversation focused on the role of smoke in food. Panelists from the culinary world will join our Master Distiller, Matt Hofmann, for a discussion and tasting of various smoked foods and peated whiskies.
On January 23rd the winners of our neighborhood-to-neighborhood Peated Cocktail Competition will have a final throw down at Cursed Oak to determine the best, and most delicious Peated American Single Malt Cocktail in Seattle. Ticket cost includes all four competing cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
