Reserved exclusively for visitors to the distillery in downtown Seattle, Washington, this series of bottlings features a rotation of single casks hand-selected by our Master Distiller Matt Hofmann. Each bottle is hand-filled at cask strength on-site then corked, numbered and labeled individually.

Current Cask

Our signature 5-malt grain bill mashed, distilled and then aged in an Ex-Westland cask for over four years. This cask illustrates how the 5-Malt spirit is expressed when cask notes are turned down shedding light on the contribution of new oak in many of our whiskies.
