Reserved exclusively for visitors to the distillery in downtown Seattle, Washington, this series of bottlings features a rotation of single casks hand-selected by our Master Distiller Matt Hofmann. Each bottle is hand-filled at cask strength on-site then corked, numbered and labeled individually.

Current Cask

Cask #730 has an exceptional transition from nose to palate. The heavier desert-centric notes lead into a much brighter and herbal-focused palate. This progression has an attention grabbing quality not commonly experienced.


Tasting Notes

Nose: Chocolate fudge, spiced apple cider, brown sugar. Palate: Bright herbal citrus, early grey tea, ginger beer, oak-forward finish.
