This addition to our Single Cask Series is made from a mash of our signature combination of five barley malts. In this one cask we capture perhaps the widest spectrum of malt flavor notes found in any Westland whiskey.


Flavor Profile Notes

Warm cookies, pastries and carrot cake anchor the initial nose. Water additions expand the range, particularly with malty flavors of cookies, pancakes, cinnamon roll and dark chocolate. The palate stays delicate throughout, emphasizing those malty notes and surprisingly imparting very little oak character.
